Joy Healthcare Solutions Ltd provides care in a person-centered way to deliver and focus on a person-centered service. We recognize individual differences and aim to provide services tailored to a client’s needs.
We are a privately-owned Domiciliary Care Company registered and regulated by the Care Quality Commission. Our management and staff have over 20 years practical experience of working in the healthcare sector. We provide domiciliary care in the community to everyone including Young adults, Older people, and People with learning difficulties, Physical disabilities, Medical conditions, or diseases.
We do our best to help you and provide the highest level of Home health care.
Our Services
PERSONAL CARE
We provide a person-centered package of personal care ensuring all your needs are carried out to the standard you require. Whilst promoting independence wherever possible Joy Healthcare Solutions Ltd’s dignity is maintained at all times.
DOMESTIC
We understand that people receiving care may be unable to complete daily or weekly domestic tasks as they used to and need help. We are able to offer domestic cleaning and laundry as part of your package or solely.
MEAL PREPARATION
If assistance is needed with meal/fluid preparation – This can be included in your package or be the sole task in your package. We will build a care plan to your exact needs, including your likes and dislikes. Care Workers will always offer choices, to ensure your dietary and nutritional needs are fully met.
RESPITE CARE (SHORT BREAKS)
We understand that care needs can change, and sometimes you need additional support in an emergency or so that your carer can take a break. We can provide Homecare Workers with a short break to allow the Service User’s family and carers to go on holiday.
MEDICATION
Our care workers our trained and monitored to provide efficient medication administration. Medication is very important and is taken seriously by Joy Healthcare Solutions. Medication administration is monitored daily by our electronic MARS (Medication administration record sheets).
DEMENTIA CARE
Our team has undertaken a number of dementia/ Alzheimer’s courses to ensure we are equipped with the skills and resources to care for and support your loved one who is dealing with Dementia/ Alzheimer’s

Daily Care
We will visit you daily to assist and support you with your needs.
Companionship
We will visit you to have a chat and check on your well-being, go out to eat, to social events, doctor appointments, or hospital appointments.
Live in
We will live with you and assist you with your needs on a 24-hour basis.
Shopping
We will assist you to complete your daily, weekly, or monthly shopping tasks. This may consist of us doing the shopping for you or us accompanying you to do the shopping
Sleepover/waking night
We will visit nightly to support you through the night.
Domestic
We will visit you on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis to complete all of your cleaning and laundry tasks.
